EPADS: Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System

EPADS is the PPRA's electronic procurement portal where federal and many provincial tenders are advertised and bids are submitted.

Bids uploaded in the wrong envelope or after the deadline are rejected automatically, which is why most tender failures are technical rather than commercial.
