Register your company with the SECP
We register your company with the SECP, from name reservation through incorporation, and then complete the FBR and bank registrations that make it able to trade.
Fee quoted before work starts. Name reservation in one to two days, incorporation in three to five working days.
Founders, family businesses turning formal, contractors bidding for larger tenders, and partnerships that need limited liability.
Large tenders, corporate clients, bank credit lines and foreign payments usually require a registered company. A sole proprietorship simply cannot bid for them.

Questions about company formation
- How much does it cost to register a company in Pakistan?
- The cost is the SECP fee, which depends on your authorised capital, plus the professional fee. We quote both separately on WhatsApp so you know exactly what goes to the regulator.
- Can one person register a company in Pakistan?
- Yes. A Single Member Company allows one person to hold all shares while keeping limited liability. You nominate a person who takes over in the event of your death.
- What is the difference between a private limited company and an AOP?
- A private limited company is a separate legal person registered with the SECP, with limited liability and annual filing obligations. An AOP or partnership is registered with the registrar of firms, is simpler and cheaper, but the partners carry unlimited liability.
- Does a new company have to file returns even with no business?
- Yes. A company must file an income tax return and its SECP annual return every year even if it did no business, otherwise penalties accumulate against the directors.
