Bring us the tax problem that does not fit a category
We handle the tax matters that have no neat category: refunds, exemption and reduced rate certificates, withholding statements, challan corrections, property transaction tax, and ATL restoration.
Fee quoted before work starts. Assessed within a day. Timeline depends on the department.
Anyone stuck with the FBR: a refund not paid, a certificate not issued, a challan paid under the wrong head, or a status that will not update.
These matters sit unresolved for years because nobody follows them up. Meanwhile the money stays with the department and your transactions stay blocked.
Documents you need
Photographs from your phone are fine. Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing.
- A short description of the problem in your own words
- Any FBR correspondence, order or challan involved
- Your CNIC or NTN
- The return for the relevant year
The process
Tell us what happened
Send it on WhatsApp in your own words. There is no charge for us to tell you whether the matter is worth pursuing.
We take it up with the department
We file the application, follow it in person where needed, and keep you updated at each step.
You get the outcome in writing
We deliver the certificate, the refund order, or the corrected record, with the documents for your file.
Assessed within a day. Timeline depends on the department.
Questions about other tax matters
- How do I get an income tax refund from the FBR?
- A refund is claimed in the return and then pursued through a separate refund application to the Commissioner. Refunds rarely arrive without follow-up, which is the part most taxpayers never do.
- What is an exemption or reduced rate certificate?
- It is a certificate from the Commissioner directing that tax be deducted from your payments at a lower rate or not at all, which is essential for contractors whose withholding exceeds their actual liability.
- My name is not on the ATL even though I filed. Why?
- The ATL updates weekly and only includes returns filed on time, or late returns where the surcharge under section 182A has been paid. Paying that surcharge is usually what restores the status.
